Evaluation of sparse encoding by crosstalk noise rate on HASP

Abstruct

Storage capacity analysis of HASP has shown that the performance of HASP overwhelms that of hetero-associative memory, if activity of key vector is very small. In this paper, superiority of the sparse encoding on HASP is evaluated with crosstalk noise rate. The comparison between the storage capacity of HASP and that of hetero-associative memory shows that HASP has better performance if key vectors are non-sparsely encoded.
