Frustration-induced chaos in a neural network

Abstruct

We present a solvable model in which the frustration induces chaos in the thermodynamics limit. We succeeded in deriving a two-parameter macroscopic description of the transient dynamics, and found chaotic behaviors. We construct the two-parameter bifurcation diagram to analyze saddle node and hopf bifurcations for the present model.
